💌 A Note from Chef Anna Nichole
Heyyyyy!💛
Let’s talk about it… eating healthy does not have to be expensive.
I know sometimes it feels like you need all these fancy ingredients, organic everything, and a huge budget to take care of your body—but that’s not true.
You can nourish yourself with what you have. You can be disciplined on a budget. You can eat well without overspending.
This meal is simple, affordable, and still does exactly what it needs to do—fuel your body the right way.
So no excuses, okay? We’re stewarding what we have and making it work 💛
With love,
Chef Anna Nichole 👩🏽🍳✨

🙏 Meal Prayer
Lord,
Thank You for providing for me, even in the small things.
Teach me to be wise, disciplined, and grateful with what I have.

In Jesus’ name, Amen.
