💌 A Note from Chef Anna Nichole
Hey Love!💛
Let me remind you—you don’t have to eat heavy to feel satisfied. Sometimes we think we need big, rich meals to feel full, but the truth is… light can still be powerful.
This is one of those meals that feels elevated, tastes amazing, and still aligns with your goals.
Healthy isn’t boring. Healthy is intentional. Healthy is discipline with flavor.
So if you’re trying to stay on track but still want something that feels a little “luxury”… this one’s for you.
Stay consistent, not perfect 💛

🙏 Meal Prayer
Lord,
Thank You for reminding me that I don’t need excess to be satisfied.
Teach me balance, discipline, and wisdom in my choices.
Let this meal nourish my body and remind me that simple is enough.
In Jesus’ name, Amen.
