Thank You for this food and for the hands that prepared it.
Bless it to nourish my body, strengthen my mind, and fuel me for Your purpose.

🍽️ Recipe: High-Protein Power Bowl

🛒 Ingredients

1 grilled chicken breast (seasoned)

  • 1 cup cooked quinoa
  • ½ avocado (sliced)
  • 1 cup roasted vegetables (broccoli, carrots)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Garlic powder, paprika, salt & pepper

  • 👩🏽‍🍳 Instructions

Season chicken with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Grill or pan-sear until fully cooked.

  1. Cook quinoa according to package instructions.
  2. Roast vegetables at 400°F for 20 minutes with a drizzle of olive oil.
  3. Assemble your bowl: quinoa first, then chicken, veggies, and avocado.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and serve.
