💌 A Note from Chef Anna Nichole
Hey Heyyyy!💛
There’s something so powerful about going back to the basics—simple ingredients, intentional choices, and meals that truly nourish you from the inside out.
This isn’t just food… this is discipline. This is alignment. This is choosing to live differently, even when it’s not the easiest option.
The truth is, what you eat reflects how you care for yourself. And when you choose whole, natural foods, you’re choosing to honor what God has already provided.
Let this meal remind you that you don’t need anything extra to be sustained—God already gave you enough.
With love,
Chef Anna Nichole 👩🏽🍳✨

🙏 Meal Prayer
Lord,
Give me the strength to be disciplined in my choices, even when it’s hard.
Help me to choose what nourishes me and not what distracts or weakens me.
Thank You for providing simple, whole foods that sustain my body.
In Jesus’ name, Amen.
