📝 Ingredients
(Serves 1 large smoothie or 2 small)
- 1 banana (fresh or frozen for creaminess)
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 handful fresh spinach (you won’t even taste it!)
- ½ cup unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt (or unsweetened coconut yogurt)
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed or chia seeds (fiber + omega-3s)
- 1 scoop collagen or clean protein powder (optional, no additives)
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 1–2 tsp raw honey or 1 Medjool date for sweetness
- Optional: 1–2 ice cubes if using fresh fruit
