📝 Ingredients
For the Salmon
- 2 salmon fillets (wild-caught preferred)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp sea salt
- ¼ tsp cracked black pepper
For the Garlic Greens
- 2 cups fresh spinach or kale (washed and stemmed)
1 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil - 2 garlic cloves, minced
- Pinch of sea salt
- Optional: squeeze of lemon juice or red pepper flakes for kick
🔥 Instructions
Step 1: Prep the Salmon
Pat salmon fillets dry. Drizzle with olive oil, lemon juice, and sprinkle with lemon zest.
- In a small bowl, mix parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Rub onto salmon evenly.
Step 2: Air Fry It
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F for 3 minutes.
Place salmon skin-side down in the air fryer basket (line it if you want less cleanup).
Air fry for 8-10 minutes or until cooked through and golden on top.
Step 3: Sauté the Greens
While salmon is cooking, heat oil in a skillet over medium.
Add garlic and sauté 30 seconds. Toss in your greens and stir gently until just wilted (about 2-3 minutes).
Season with sea salt and lemon if desired.
Step 4: Plate with Purpose
Plate your salmon on a bed of garlic greens. Drizzle leftover lemon juice if you want that extra zing.
